Minnesota Racing Commision        Minnesota Racing Commission    In November, 1982 the Minnesota voters approved by an overwhelming majority a constitutional amendment allowing pari-mutuel horse racing.  In response to that public mandate, in 1983 the Minnesota Legislature enacted Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 240, which created and empowered the Minnesota Racing Commission.

Ontario Casino Corporation     The Ontario Casino Corporation (OCC) is a schedule II crown agency of the Ontario government. We are responsible for managing Ontario's three commercial casinos: Casino Niagara, Casino Rama and Casino Windsor. With the exception of the regulation of casinos, we represent the province in all matters concerning ownership, operation, and management of commercial casinos. The OCC reports to the Management Board of Cabinet.
